Perished Soil proudly presents the final release for the label with a split offering from the mighty Borda's Rope and Helm of Saga. Borda's Rope fervent screams and dispirit riffs take hold immediately of the A side with "Spell of Misfortune, Cast From the Sunken Den." The mood continues down a caustic path with two more tracks of contemptuous Black Metal. Borda's Rope is forever unrelenting in their pursuit of decrepit audio terror. Helm of Saga opens the B side with the sole opus, "Ride To The Northern Mysteries." Genuine scorn can be felt throughout the riffs and blast beats, but a deeper sense of righteousness pervades the sounds of Helm of Saga.
