Formed in 1990 under the Morpheus moniker, Morpheus Descends was well known for its vicious death metal attack. Most of the band's back catalog is highly priced and very difficult to find, so it is with our pleasure that we are able to bring this material to the darkness once more! All audio for these releases was transferred from the original analog masters for optimal sound. The Debut album from MORPHEUS (DESCENDS). This long overdue release will be presented as a 12" LP in a sturdy 350 gram jacket featuring the original artwork and layout as well as a printed insert with lyrics and unpublished band photos. Additionally 5 unreleased bonus tracks will be included. Artwork supplied by legendary gore comic book artist "Jim Sommerville". "Adipocere" contains tracks from the band's first demo "Accelerated Decrepitude".
