Reissue of this crushing split album, originally released in 1994, uniting two cult forces from opposite ends of the underground. Mexico City’s PYPHOMGERTUM—formed in 1992 and known for their raw, bludgeoning death metal—contribute a dose of pure brutality from the early '90s Mexican scene. The name Pyphomgertum translates to "Domain of Death about Evil," a fitting reflection of their unrelenting sound.

Sweden’s DAWN, formed in 1990, offer tracks taken from their seminal Apparition demo, recorded and mixed on December 30th, 1992 at Gory Sound Studios. These songs capture the band’s early blend of cold Swedish death metal with the emerging melodic black metal influences that would later define their legacy. A vital reissue from two underground titans in their formative years.
