In reviewing this epic piece of molten lava I had to first take into consideration that this outfit was from Los Angeles, CA U.S.A. That in itself was somewhat shocking, and when taken in context with the recording dates 1988-1989?? Im speachless...Not only is there brutality throughout but melody and pace and dare I say it Atmosphere. Now, I am not a fan of this New Age we are in and this Recording helps me remember why I LOVE just the true art of brutal,fast cohesive metal. This band is??? was the real deal!!! Playing epic songs clocking in over 7 minutes and nary a wasted second, this recording has it all except great production. But being that this is a rehearsal demo made into a Full Length release, its forgivable. So in closing I say buy this gem and hopefully Mercenary Musik will re
