WARLOGHE - Three Angled Void (CD)

In 2021, Warloghe returned with their third album, marking a long-awaited comeback to the realm of unholy Black Metal. The band's cult reputation dates back to their early days, with releases like "The Black Tower" (demo 1996) and "Unlighted" (7" 1997) quickly earning them acclaim. Their debut album, released in 1999 on Drakkar and End All Life, further solidified their status. 

Warloghe's association with Northern Heritage began early, and despite plans for a 12" MLP release that never materialized, the band's presence in the underground scene persisted. Bootlegs of their work began to surface, leading Northern Heritage to officially repress their albums from 2008 onwards. Currently, these represses are out-of-print, but new represses are expected in 2022.

Describing a new album as "long awaited" can often seem exaggerated, but in Warloghe's case, it's fitting. For over a decade, fans have eagerly inquired about the possibility of new music, making this album truly anticipated. In an era where many Black Metal bands embrace clean production and digital studios, Warloghe remains loyal to their vision. Their raw analogue tape recording and songwriting approach continue the spirit of "Womb Of Pestilence," delivering dark, fierce, and suffocating Black Metal that blends aggression with melancholy.
