Originally released on tape in 1993, the album's reissue marked one of Svart's earliest releases in 2010, unveiling this Finnish underground metal gem. Once a well-kept secret, the album's reissue quickly sold out, propelling Rippikoulu's greatness into the spotlight. Now, with immense pleasure, we reintroduce "Musta Seremonia" to the market.

Originating in the late eighties, Rippikoulu's musical journey transitioned from primitive punk noise to death metal, a trajectory shared by many of their peers. However, Rippikoulu's distinction lies in their darker stylistic choice. Their downtuned metal emanates a bleak and almost unbearably heavy atmosphere, exploring dark and soul-searching themes. The album seamlessly weaves faster bursts of chaos with slow, doomy passages, creating a unique sonic landscape.

Originally released as a demo in 1993, "Musta Seremonia" disappeared into obscurity. Despite their lack of popularity at the time, Rippikoulu's legacy has steadily grown over the years.
