Hailing from Creston, with a population of 2000, Mistreater was far removed from the "hip" music scene in Ohio. Unconcerned with the nearby Cleveland scene that birthed bands like Electric Eels, Rocket From The Tombs, and Styrenes, Mistreater's music was for outsiders, by outsiders. Their sound was more brutal, raw, and louder than their peers, with stoner hard-hitting riffs and psyched-out guitar leads rooted in heavy psychedelia.

On The Dole Records from Sweden proudly presents the first-ever reissue of "Hell's Fire," sparing no expense. The band was interviewed for extensive liner notes, rare photos were sourced, the sound was remastered and carefully restored, and the non-album single b-side "Baby Blue" is included as a bonus.
