Six teenagers set off for a relaxing camping trip on a remote island, but their vacation takes a murderous turn when they wake up after a night of partying to discover that one of their number has disappeared. The group splits up to search the island for their missing friend, but soon discover that a crazed killer with a machete is trying to pick them off one at a time, in this Swedish horror film.
