Emyn Muil is an Italian one-man band, created in 2012 by Saverio Giove, known as "Nartum." Fusing black metal with dark, medieval synths, Emyn Muil embarks on an epic sonic journey through the mythic landscapes of Middle-earth's First Age. The band's name is inspired by the rugged and labyrinthine Emyn Muil, a region in J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth, where Frodo and Sam encounter Gollum. This fusion of atmospheric black metal and Tolkien-inspired storytelling creates a deeply immersive and cinematic listening experience.
