Formed during the pestilent epoch of Pandemic as a duo, BIDIRNA DHAMANI, armed with their scrying skills and transmutation powers, channeled their double magickal currents into creating psychedelic mutations into fabrics of Death Metal genre as they smoke from the bone chillam, ingesting Datura! The result was evident in their self titled Demo (2023) and EP titled Brihot Buru (2024), released by Goatowarex on tape formats, which was further compiled as a compilation on CD, Pannavimutta Paccaniyani, by Kaliyuga Konspiracies as Anti-Scene 002. With their debut record titled, Ojash, BIDIRNA DHAMANI went further with their sonic spells and disrupted the Mahabhutas, awakening the slumbering spirits of the forefathers and unleashing plagues from Bengal's past! Across it's 41 minutes plus length, the hordes went towards the extreme of polarities, Death and Doom, and yet united in a trance-inducing invocation ushering the listeners into a paralyzed state and further mutating their psychic fields with obscure hallucinogens! It is safe to say BIDIRNA DHAMANI have created a mind-numbing, mind-altering and mind-bending record that is going to play a vital role for the development of the Death Metal genre towards an inventive yet legitimate direction!
