For over 35 years, Masacre has been one of the most revered bands in Medellín, Colombia’s death metal underground. After releasing several demos in the late 1980s, the band refined its sound into the cataclysmic masterpiece Ola de Violencia. Originally recorded and self-released in 1991, this EP has stood for decades as a powerful testament to the oppressive darkness and sheer force inherent in death metal.
