Goregrind death hailing from Bialystok, Podlaskie, Poland, formed in 1990. Unlike a typical "best of" compilation, this release is a unique collection featuring covers of classic grind bands, as well as unexpected grind interpretations of a few pop songs. Originally released exclusively on CD in 1998.

Recorded and mixed at Salman studio on March/April '98

Recorded at Salman studio, September '97 and Rembrandt studio, January '98. Mixed at Rembrandt studio '98.
