Remastered by Patrick W. Engel at Temple of Disharmony, this reissue ensures the best possible sound quality for this black metal classic.
Housed in a stunning gatefold sleeve, the release includes a massive 20-page 12" booklet featuring part 4 of an in-depth interview with all five original band members, as well as never-before-seen photos. Every vinyl edition also comes with an A2 poster, a download code, and an etched D-side on the second LP—making this a must-have for collectors and fans alike.
For the first time ever, GEHENNA's second full-length album Malice (Our Third Spell) is now available as a standalone vinyl release!
Originally unleashed in 1996, Malice (Our Third Spell) marks a pivotal moment in GEHENNA's history, concluding their legendary early era. This album features the final contributions of keyboardist Sarcana and drummer Dirge Rep, making it a significant chapter in the band’s journey. It is also GEHENNA's last purely black metal album before they shifted towards a more death metal-oriented sound in subsequent releases.
Malice (Our Third Spell) continues the musical trajectory set by its predecessor, but with a longer runtime—nearly 60 minutes, making it their longest release to date. The most striking evolution is the incorporation of traditional heavy and thrash metal-inspired riffs, drawing comparisons to DIMMU BORGIR's Enthrone Darkness Triumphant.
