As part of a full-scale attack of four rarities from the influential band, REGAIN RECORDS is proud to present DIOCLETIAN's Live in Leipzig on vinyl LP and cassette tape formats.

Formed in 2004, New Zealand's DIOCLETIAN have built a body of work that has become massively influential in the war metal scene. In some senses embodying the subgenre, in other senses defying it, there's no denying the widespread effect DIOCLETIAN's recordings have had on those seeking the ultimate in extreme expression. Massive, miasmic, just utterly CRUSHING in every respect: the DIOCLETIAN name alone inspires awe and fear in equal measure. In 2012, having released two devastating albums in just as many years - 2009's pioneering Doom Cult and 2010's equally immense War or All Against All - DIOCLETIAN set upon the European Annihilation Tour. This tour was a momentous event, given the rarity in which New Zealand bands tour the continent. As expected, the European Annihilation indeed annihilated all those fortunate to witness it, and Live in Leipzig is a raw 'n' bloody document of DIOCLETIAN at the height of their powers: 33 minutes of absolute audial decimation.
