Catch 22 as been marching to the beat of their own drum for 18 years now, and on Monumetal they don't stray from its trademark style of US Power/ Thrash Metal, which can appeal to fans of Testament, Judas Priest, Wrathchild America, Metallica, Metal Church, Heathen, Jag Panzer, Iced Earth and Savatage. It's quite raw sounding, but a very personal album with lots of passion emanating from the songs.
