Russian (Tatarstan) pagan / epic metal, featuring Arkona's Masha guest vocals. Hailing from the Southern Russian region of Tatarstan and formed in 1995 and somewhere comparable to countrymen Arkona. Alkonost is far more epic then the average pagan metal band: beautiful serene female vocals by Alena and the melancholic, catchys leads by lead guitarist Andrey. Produced by Lazar (Arkona).
