Location Type Details

We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door.

House or Residence

Standard Weekday Delivery service delivers by 8pm for residential addresses. Morning Delivery service (additional fee) will deliver by noon. Saturday Delivery (additional fee) service will deliver by 1:30pm. We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door.

Note that Morning Delivery service and Saturday Delivery service may not be available for some rural locations. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is available at an additional cost (delivery cost calculated once address is submitted).

Business

Standard Weekday Delivery service delivers by 5pm to business locations. Morning Delivery service (additional fee) will deliver by noon. If you select Saturday Delivery service for a business, keep in mind that some business locations may be locked on weekends.

We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. Many businesses have a reception area or central mail repository, which will then process the delivery. If the business is closed at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the door.

Apartment

Some apartment buildings may have a lobby area, or business office, which will hold packages for tenants. We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door accessible to the delivery service.

Hospital

We recommend Morning Delivery (additional fee) for deliveries to hospitals, to allow time for the hospital's central delivery center to process and deliver to the patient's room.

If possible, please confirm that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. For patients in Intensive Care Units (ICU) or Critical Care Units (CCU), the hospital may hold the delivery until the patient is released to a regular room.

Dormitory or School

We recommend Morning Delivery (additional fee) for deliveries to schools or colleges, to allow time for the school's central delivery center to process and deliver to the correct room, office, or dormitory. We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door accessible to the delivery service.

Funeral Home

Standard Weekday Delivery service delivers by 5pm to business locations. Morning Delivery service (additional fee) will deliver by noon. Saturday Delivery (additional fee) service will deliver by 1:30pm. We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If the business is closed at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the door.

Other Locations

This would include all other locations not listed above. Please note that we are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO's.
